Catch the 44, from the “adj Larkfield Lane” stop opposite St Patrick’s, to the stop outside Holy Trinity Church on Hoghton Street, walk down Hoghton Street, Right onto Union Street, cross Lord Street and walk up Seabank Road (about 5 mins walk).
